My dear sister sent me a large birthday flower arrangement that was sent from Blossom Florist and Events. The flowers themselves were lovely, but the arrangement was designed to be viewed from only one side, giving it the appearance of a funeral spray rather than a cheerful birthday arrangement. The flowers were also tightly clumped together instead of being thoughtfully arranged. When I called to express my disappointment, I was told my family had only paid for a one-sided arrangement and that the florist only receives part of what was paid. The representative made these comments without even knowing who I was or which arrangement we were discussing. The flowers were beautiful, but the design and the customer service were both disappointing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this florist.

I chose Blossom for local delivery to WakeMed, but then our friend/patient was discharged same day. Her residence address was 30 minutes away in Clayton so we did not expect a happy outcome. Blossom worked with their driver to locate flowers that were already out for delivery, and managed to get them to Clayton the next day in perfect shape, with encouraging photo check-in through the process. Very grateful.
